BLEND: A followup of WWW’2012

The presence of WWW’2012 about one year ago had made the city of Lyon the captial if the web for time of the most reknown scientific conference to researchers on the web. This has lead to the will among different local actors (entrepreneurs, researchers, politics, and many more) to surf on the dynamic created by such a conference.

Among these efforts is the creation of BLEND, a yearly general conference around the issues of the web with the will to “blend” people of different communities particularly researchers and entrepreneurs.

The first edition of BLEND will be held on October 1 and 2 at the Cité Iternationale des Congrès, where WWW itself was held.

So, if your are around Lyon and are in some way related to the web (and most of is are), this conference is a must !
